EA to CFO - 6 Month FTC

EA needed to support the CFO of a global education provider on a 6 month FTC

Your new company
A leading consultancy firm based in Victoria are looking for a EA to support their CFO for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. They are a leader in their industry and are looking for an outstanding EA to add value to their business.


Your new role
You will be providing secretarial support to the Chief Finance Officer. You will be an integral part of the finance team in their brand new London HQ. You will handle all activities for the CFO office, manage their diary, arrange all travel including visas and provide the CFO with report and business information.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have supported a CFO previously within a global organisation. Excellent O365 skills, including. collaboration tools like SharePoint & Team is needed. Ideally you will have previous experience supporting an team and 1:1. You will require great attention to details with impeccable communication skills both written and verbal. You will need a keen eye for detail, have previously created board packs and agendas. They are need an EA who is calm, not easily flustered and the ability to manage upwards.
