Looking for a confident and resilient PA to support a demanding CEO in all aspects of his life. We are looking for someone who enjoys a true PA role but is happy to work as an integral part of a small team. You must pay attention to detail and be able to deliver high-end support under pressure. The role has both business and personal aspects and has no limitations and you will be the primary point of contact in all instances. The PA will be required to support the COO and the CEO’s family when required. 

Skills/Experience Required:

• Prior PA experience required
• Strong diary management skills and ability to cope with multiple changing schedules
• Well organised and able to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Advanced MS office skills with proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Extensive business and personal diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, scheduling telephone and video conferences
• Dealing with correspondence and confidential documents
• Booking full travel and organising detailed itineraries, flights, hotels, restaurants and scheduling transfers/chauffeurs 
• Preparation of various documents including presentations, meeting agendas and schedules
• Personal household management support as required across two houses 
• Personal shopping
• Recruiting household staff  
• Booking: appointments, horse shows, shooting, football, weddings, parties, school trips
• Maintaining various spreadsheets 
• Invoice management
• General running of household; managing utilities, cars, insurance, contractors
• Ad hoc support
• Office management
