STUDIO AND TEAM ASSISTANT
A brand innovation and sustainability agency are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Studio Assistant to join their growing team. They help their clients grow by doing good and building brands that people can really believe in.
They work on brand purpose and responsibility briefs, shaping ideas that matter for people, communities and the wider world.
THE ROLE
Office Management
• Ordering office supplies
• Liaising on IT – trouble shooting IT issues internally
• Liaising with building manager
• Keeping office/ meeting rooms tidy
• Ordering Wednesday lunches (team lunch)
• Setting up meeting rooms ready for meetings - clients & internal
• Answering the phone / door
• Taking deliveries
• Welcoming guests
• Managing info@ email address
• Supporting with company events and away days
• Setting up team meetings and training
• Setting up new starters by following onboarding process
Team project Support
• Supporting project teams with logistics & travel plans
• Helping source items such as give aways, event props etc
• Helping with online research when required
• Help liaise with printers when required
Social Media /marketing support
• Supporting with agency marketing on our social media channels
• Helping set up marketing events – venue, caterers, set up etc
