- Extensive diary and calendar management
- Process expense and invoice reports
- Acting as the first point of contact
- Travel Coordination, including complex itineraries and visa’s
- Telephone coverage including use of the dealerboard
- Booking and arranging meetings and conference calls both internally and externally
- Distribution of confidential documentation
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Float Assistant role you must exhibit a high level of initiative and the ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment. You must be pro-active and have experience with extensive diary management and travel coordination.
