Events and Client Experience Manager
West end

This high end intelligence consultancy are looking for a proactive Events/ Client Experience Manager to lead the way for this gorgeous company. 

Role & Responsibilities

The role will primarily encompass management of our client events and client experience.

Events
  • Managing and organising all events hosted and run by the company.
This will vary from yearly client drinks where 100+ guests are expected to quarterly breakfasts and dinners where 10-15 guests are expected, to in-house meetings and training sessions.

This includes:
  • Budgeting;
  • Selecting and booking venues;
  • Compiling invitations, RSVPs and guests lists;
  • Co-ordinating event logistics;
  • Hosting the events.
  • Organising venue and catering;
  • Hosting the event (if necessary);
  • Liaising with co-hosting company;
  • Organising guest lists;
  • Organising quarterly lunches with our Advisors.
Client Experience Management
  • Oversee running of Front of House
  • Ensuring 5* client service
  • Makes suggestions on how best to run FOH
  • Make suggestions on improvements to client service
  • Makes suggestions on improvements to staff service, kitchen area etc
  • Works closely with Head of HR on all office management duties – liaising and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring a good relationship with landlord and other suppliers, makes suggestions on improvements to office
  • Reviews office layout when required and liaises with external suppliers on office layout, new furniture etc
  • Holds any budgets for events and suppliers
  • Organises all larger staff events, eg Senior Team Strategy Awayday, Christmas Party
Oversees/ Manages the duties of the Receptionist who would be responsible for:
  • Answering all calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Making all refreshments for meetings
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Organising smaller staff events, eg quarterly socials
  • Arranging all ad hoc staff entertainment, lunches, leaving drinks, cards and presents
  • Assisting Events & Client Experience Manager with all other duties where required
  • Assisting EA to CEO with running errands for CEO, booking cars etc
Essential Skills and Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience running and managing high-level events
  • Previous experience of working in the hospitality industry
  • Discretion, maturity and professionalism are key
  • Experience within Corporate events (desirable)
  • Happy, willing and sunny personality
