We are looking for a superstar PA experienced in financial/professional services to join a top global private equity firm. They're a very friendly and social team but are also very heads down when it gets busy. The staff turnover here is very low due to the amazing culture. This is a super opportunity to get some experience at a leading company!

The role is really exciting because you can get exposure to various parts of the business in a very varied role. You will be supporting a couple of members of the IR team as well as support to a few members of another department. Our client is looking for a personable and charismatic PA who is comfortable being proactive and making their own judgements. You'll need to be confident working under pressure as there are lots of last-minute changes to diaries and travel plans. You'll need to have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent organisation and communication skills. Because of the nature of the role – multi tasking is also a must! Strong preference for a candidate who has worked in a similar industry.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Organising complex and ever-changing diaries
• Project work
• Complex travel booking with last minute changes
• Processing expenses
• Various ad-hoc tasks when required

• Up to £45k depending on experience
• Private healthcare
• 10% Pension
• Season ticket loan
• Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
