PA role supporting Senior MD at leading luxury brand

We are working on a one to one PA role supporting a Senior MD at a leading luxury fashion brand. Based in stunning West End offices, we are looking for a highly polished and charming PA who can provide complete support to the MD, both in a business and personal capacity. Our client offers a fabulous benefits package and the work life balance is respected, however there will need to be some flexibility to support out of hours if required.

We are looking for a PA with a solid CV, at least three plus years in roles, and who has worked at senior level previously. The MD has a very busy schedule, so requires full on PA support to include; diary management, Inbox management, booking travel, arranging events, working on presentations and reports, assisting with HR related issues, scheduling meetings and typical office admin.
