Executive Assistant - Tech Start-up

Our client, one of the world’s most ground breaking creative tech companies, is now looking for an experienced and incredibly bright EA to join the ranks and provide stellar support to two of their Senior Executives. This incredible opportunity will require you to provide top class assistance, ensuring you are always one-step ahead and anticipating their needs. Your main focus is to ensure their day runs smoothly to allow them to concentrate on their incredibly complex and challenging work. Main responsibilities for this role will include extensive diary management – you will be required to push back where necessary and manage their time in full. You will also handle complex travel – with offices in the US and the UK you will be adept at managing difficult travel requirements, and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.  You will be able to manage up, be approachable and unflappable; these busy Execs need someone who is calm and capable. You will need to be proactive, for example, you may need to tease information from your Principals on occasion, be confident to ask questions and on the ball at all times.

To be considered for this role, you should have 5 years+ EA experience at the top level from within a similar Tech/ Start-up environment. You will be proactive and highly organised. You should be someone who thrives in fast-paced and ever-changing environment and be used to anticipating the needs of your Execs. You should be adaptable and flexible, a career PA who is able to work to their own initiative, and willing to get stuck in.
