PA to Theatre Producer

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an organized, flexible and unflappable PA to work for this highly respected and inspirational boss who works at 100 miles an hour. Working from relaxed and friendly offices in central London, no two days are the same and plans change constantly. 

The PA role

• Write large volumes of correspondence such as emails, letters, press releases, statements, dictation, minutes, summaries etc.
• Editing documents
• Manage hugely busy and ever changing schedule
• Arrange travel both UK and international
• Point of contact for industry colleagues and high profile contacts
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure smooth running of the office

The ideal PA

• Ideally educated to degree level (English/Journalism/Theatre)
• Will have around 5 years’ PA experience
• Typing speed of 60 WPM+
• Minute taking experience
• Will have a love of words with an incredibly high standard of written English
• Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Will have a flexible “can do” approach with the ability to adapt to ever shifting priorities.
• Will be a real team player with a good sense of humour.
