A great opportunity has arisen for a degree standard (or A level with Quest) candidate to support this very busy international director in both a corporate and private capacity. The role is to start January 2020. The Principal has a great sense of humour and is a big personality so you will be confident and assured with your skills.  A great knowledge of London and what is going on and a switched on personality is needed.

Based in fabulous offices with a large team the culture and buzz of the environment is great!

You will be a top diary manager and gate-keeper, used to juggling a hugely busy in-box for the Principal and flagging up important issues.  A lot of the HR information coming through is sensitive so you will be adept at confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.  Booking international travel will be second nature to you as well as organising high level meetings.  There are lots of projects coming through that you will be highly involved in and keep on top of.  A good level of emotional intelligence is needed and able to deal with deadlines and pressure from time to time.  A self starter with lots of common sense a good track record on your cv and wanting to join one of the world's foremost luxury fashion brands.  This is a full on and sometimes intense role with a degree of private support to the Principal to include; visiting the Principals' house in London when needed, arranging lunches, booking restaurants, sorting out her personal appointments, private travel and bills.   A positive and proactive personality is essential for this role and a cv demonstrating support at senior level in a very busy 50/50 role.  Top luxury brand!  Excellent package and top perks.
