Calling all C-suite level Executive Assistants looking for a meaty new role within the creative industry!
Exciting and forward thinking branding and design agency are in search of an experience C-Suite level Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Based in stunning offices with a great culture, amazing benefits, and fantastic people, this role is a pivotal part of the team.
As Executive Assistant, you will be looking after the CEO, with some light touch support to two senior leads alongside (minimal). Day to day, your main duties will include managing an extremely busy diary and full inbox control as well as extensive travel arrangements across multiple time zones. There will also be opportunity to get involved in assisting with other elements to the business, such as projects and new business. This will be a fast-paced, varied and exciting role in which you will act as a true partner to your exec. This role is pivotal to the entire team, so you must be comfortable being a point person for the wider business and happy acting as a font of all knowledge!
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 4+ years’ experience from within a similar agency and comfortable supporting at C-Suite level. As an instrumental part of the CEO’s work life, you will be happy to take direction and able to work proactively and autonomously – managing up where needed. You will be willing to get stuck and no job will be too much trouble. You should be highly experienced with an approachable nature and able to build relationships with ease.
