Executive Assistant - Creative Advertising

One of the world’s most impressive creative advertising agencies is looking for a personable and experienced Executive Assistant to support at C-suite level on a 1:1 basis. This is a maternity contract for 12 months. As Executive Assistant, you will be working within their beautiful, open plan offices in the heart of Central London and will part of a well-established and highly regarded agency full of talented creatives. You will also be part of a friendly PA network so will have support and a great social scene!

As Executive Assistant to the COO, you will be working your Exec ensuring their day runs smoothly and without a fault. It is imperative that you have great inbox control experience, as the COO will be relying on you to handle all incoming email enquiries and ensure nothing is missed. In addition to heavy inbox management, you will also be the managing their diary closely, organising any documentation and some travel if required though minimal, all while remaining calm and charming in the process. You will be both the first port of call and the gatekeeper for the COO so you it is so important that you are switched-on, used to working at pace and understand the nature of agency life!

Due to the busy nature of this role, it is imperative that you have agency experience and at least 3 years’ experience as a PA in a similar environment. You should be confident in stepping up to the plate and taking control; the execs role is extremely important and therefore you will be in demand and constantly busy. This is an extremely busy agency with relationships at its heart so we need someone highly personable, charming and likable with a brilliant sense of humour to join this amazing team.
