An outstanding opportunity has occurred for a professional trilingual PA with strong English and Russian language skills with additional fluency in German or French to provide exceptional support to a well-known Director of an independent film production company. This role will be suitable for a creative and dynamic trilingual PA English and Russian as well as German or French, who seeks to build their career within a creative sector. You will be in charge of delivering exceptional day-to-day administrative, liaising with high net worth clients and work by providing confidential and professional support to the Director of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively support the Director with a wide range of business errands/administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and dealing with complex schedules
  • Arrange international travels and managing itinerary and expenses
  • Coordinating all communication between the different departments, projects and the Director
  • Travelling with the Director to meet Partners/events across Europe

About you:

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential for you to be flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment and be available outside of working hours as there will be a lot of travel. In order to be considered for this role, it is vital that you are fluent in both English and Russian with additional fluency in German or French as you will be interacting with various clients and will need your language expertise. Within this exciting position you will be part of a small team where you can expand your administrative skills and get involved in a respectful and inspiring company.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in English and Russian to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in German or French, both written and spoken is desirable
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, EA, Team Assistant, Team Secretary from a creative/art/film environment
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Directors and Stakeholders
  • Impeccable organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate strength of character, resilience and tenacity in the face of challenge and resistance
  • Have a profound interest in the creative/art/film industry
