Corporate Receptionist

£25,000.00 to £29,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 

Working up to 45 hours per week

Office Concierge is a leading provider of Corporate Reception Management services, supporting a large portfolio of prestigious clients in the City and Central London. We are the direct employer and not a recruitment agency therefore we can offer you stability in offering permanent long term work opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Direct Corporate Receptionist ( 12 Months Fixed Term Contract) or candidates with a strong customer service and 5-star background who have ideally worked within a corporate company.

Duties:

  • Strong meet and greet skills and a warm, welcoming personality
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be confident in the role and take ownership of the reception area
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to remain self-motivated during quiet periods and enjoys being the face of the brand
  • Providing customer service excellence to all visitors and tenants on a daily basis
