- Being the ‘go to’ person, always willing to help!
- Diary coordination for two, working closely with their DRs to get priorities right
- Meeting logistics and full preparation
- International travel management
- Internal and client liaison
- Administration – you will be a highly organised multi-tasker
- Office Management – office move coordination, vendor management, procurement, HR support (all Office Management will involve close and supportive work with the COO)
You will have:
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills with an open, non-confrontational style
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- The ability to cope under pressure
- Outstanding attention to detail
- An organised and transparent work style
- The ability to work well with others and independently
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- A flexible, pro-active, confident and 'can-do' approach to every task that you tackle
- Previous office support experience, within an investment firm

Added to the varied role with superb career growth opportunities, there is a culture with employee well-being at its core. Excellent base and bonus, dependent on experience.
