I am working alongside a 5* serviced office provider, who have excellent core values for their business and how they deliver a service to all their clients they look after.
They are now looking for a confident, professional and switched on Client Relationships Manager to join their friendly and busy team.
Suited in stunning offices, within the City, your main duty of this position is to be there in hand for potential clients and take lead of the viewings of the office space.
Duties include:
*Attending and leading the office viewings.
*Having a high volume of liaison with brokers, via telephone, emails etc.
*Arrange and conducting staff events.
*Being involved in the building launches etc.
*Being very client facing.
Candidate specification:
*Experience working within a sales-based position or a position involving meeting targets and KPIS from either a retail background, hotel etc. is essential
* 5* customer service experience.
*Can-do attitude.
*Confidence and professional communication skills.
*A flexible and helpful approach.
*Polished, articulate and experience at communicating at all levels.
This is to start as soon as possible paying £30-35K
