Fin-tech start-up based in the City are seeking an Office Manager/Team Assistant to join vibrant and entrepreneurial team.
You will support and take responsibility for the smooth running of a busy and rapidly expanding serviced office in London and have involvement with the office based in New York to ensure processes run smoothly.
You will also be supporting members of the leadership team and wider office admin support.
Duties include:
● Ensuring the office facilities are kept smart, clean and tidy.
● Manage inventory of all office supplies and place orders as needed (this
includes stationery, IT, food and beverages).
● Responsibility for the office budget.
● Responsible for all things health and safety, including acting as
Fire Marshall and First Aider (training will be provided), as well as ensuring relevant policies and procedures are in place to comply with all necessary
regulations.
Team Assistant:
● Arranging company-wide lunches and breakfasts, and at times assist the EA with
other team events and off-sites.
● Assist Talent team with help setting up interviews and ensuring rooms are
booked and VC facilities set up
● Work with the Executive Assistant to provide back-up support and manage the CEO ad COO inboxes and calendars when the EA is
out of office.
● Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Leadership Team and Opps teams
Requirements:
● Some previous Office Manager/ Team Assistant experience
● Experience of working with different time zones
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to preempt solutions
● Excellent planning and organisational skills.
