PA to CEO

A fresh and diverse coworking space is looking for an experienced, super-pro-active and dynamic new PA to support their brilliant CEO. Based in amazing offices in London Bridge, this PA to CEO role will entail all the traditional duties of a PA, as well as project work and events management.

To be considered for this PA to CEO role, you must have previously worked within an SME and/or start-up, which will have given you the ability to prioritise and multitask like no other. Additionally, you must have supported at senior level in the past, have extensive diary management, international travel and be an organisational whizz with unwavering attention to detail.

As PA to CEO, your duties will include the below:

• Ensuring the smooth flow of the day-to-day running of the office
• Complex diary management to include interaction with both internal and external clients and executives
• Booking extensive international travel
• Meeting preparation
• Coordinating team events
• Answering calls and inbox management
• Managing invoices, payments and expenses alongside the finance team
• Working to support the ops team and build fantastic relationships
• Onboarding new starters
• Whatever else comes your way!

Salary:

Up to £30,000 pa- dependent on experience
