This is a rare Private PA opportunity to work in a Private Family Office and to work as part of a small team to support a high profile individual and family who are in the public eye.

The position is an extremely varied one and where no task should be seen as too big or too small for the Private PA. Responsibilities will be extremely varied and range from dealing with post and correspondence, managing incoming calls and enquiries, assisting with the preparation and logistics of events and high profile engagements, attending to personal matters and requests, ad hoc administration and running errands.

Given the nature of the role, interaction across a range of people and working within a small team environment, this PA role is requiring high levels of flexibility and initiative, the ability to work under high levels of pressure, alongside excellent team working skills. A positive approach, combined with exceptional organisation and communication skills and a well-presented manner is also essential.

This is a superb Private PA position for an individual who is looking for a role with variety and is able to deliver to the highest of standards.

This role is paying up to £26K depending on experience.
