PART TIME - Office Manager / Personal Assistant (2 days a week)

Chelsea
My client is a luxury jewellery start-up company based in Chelsea looking for a bright and sparky Part-time Office Manager/ PA to start immediately. Primarily, you will be working three days a week and then in the New Year you will do two days. There is scope to take on more days as the company grows.
This is a perfect role for a social media and IT wizard, who is highly adaptable and excited to roll up their sleeves and muck in with a whole range of ad hoc responsibilities!
You must have experience in either Marketing, Retail or Social Media. A luxury brand background would be an extra bonus.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a can – do attitude and be happy doing a wide range of tasks.
Your duties may also include:
- Assisting an office move
- Coordinate and running pop-up events
- Updating prices on the website
- Handling online orders
- Running the company’s social media channels
- Managing stock
- Covering for the current PA
