Senior Recruitment Coordinator (In-House)

This sought after, global consulting firm are seeking a Senior Coordinator to support their global recruitment function focussing on senior and leadership hires for the business. Based in their beautiful London HQ, you will have a manager here London but also report to managers in the US and APAC regions.

Your role will to be split across candidate support and operations for the teams activities. Your role allows these staff and the projects they work on to move forward in the most efficient and seamless way.

• Interview organisation, complex international logistics
• Manage a network of busy and ever-changing diaries linked to the above
• Build and maintain relationships with Executive Search partners and candidates directly
• Utilising CRM and recruitment technology and process - achieve best practice with data storage and usage

This role is ideally suited to candidates with 5+ years experience working in a fast paced, project focussed support role. TA, PA, EA's from Executive Search firms will be well placed to succeed in this role. Bachelor or Master's degree candidates with a good balance across analytical and client service skills are required.

Hours are 9 to 5:30 / Mon to Fri although some flexibility will be requited.
