My client is a global FTSE listed company in the creative industry. Fabulous offices in Central London. I’m looking for a very switched on fast paced EA to support one of their most senior directors.

  • Absolute right hand support, 24/7 access to WhatsApp/email
  • Very intense inbox management, no room for error
  • Prioritising, managing and setting up local and international meetings
  • Arranging complicated travel and accommodation
  • Gatekeeping etc., and much more
  • I need someone at the top of their game
  • Lots of emotional intelligence, a real people person
  • Must be academically very bright
  • Used to dealing with highly confidential information
