Senior PA/EA needed for Music Management company!

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior PA to work for a highly successful Music Management company in a fast-paced and dynamic role.

Salary up to £60,000

The company represent one of the world's most highly acclaimed musicians and as such are seeking a highly polished Senior PA to work for the respective managers.

They are looking for someone who has energy, proven experience of supporting at a Senior level and has a genuine interest in learning their business and truly wants to be a big part of their successful artist management company.

Everyday is completely different but to give an idea:

Competently reading, understanding and answering emails
Answering the phone and dealing with queries quickly and efficiently
Building and maintaining working relationships
Booking travel and arranging itineraries
Collating expenses
Attending meetings
Occasional travel
Using your artistic merit writing press releases
Organising events and much more…!

The office, based in South-West London, is laid back and friendly and is more akin to a front room than a corporate environment! Given the varying nature of the role and having to go to the office at short notice, it would be hugely beneficial if you lived in West or South-West London.

The managers travel regularly on business and are therefore looking for someone who could hold the fort competently and most importantly, enjoy their job and want to be totally involved in their business. When they find that person, they will look after you handsomely…!
