This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist bank in the heart of the City. They are seeking highly experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate their office relocation project. This is starting asap until June 2020.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as main point of contact between key stakeholders
- Developing and managing project trackers and timelines
- Vendor management
- Booking meetings
- Issuing agendas
- Minute taking
- Report consolidation
- Changing control support
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining electronic filing system
Experience:
- You will have experience of providing support to office fit out projects
- An understanding of an office relocation life cycle
- PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent administration skills
- Well organised
- Capable of communicating at all levels both internally and externally
- Personable, energetic, self motivated and excellent communication skills
