A family office based in Mayfair is looking to hire a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to cover a short maternity contract. Starting in Mid December the role is going to be 8 - 12 weeks and will be hired on a fixed-term contract. 

As you will be working in a highly prestigious boutique company for this successful private family office exceptional communication skills are required, you must be a hard-working person with a positive friendly attitude who is able to handle a busy workload and also keep busy in more quiet times. 

You will be the face of the company which means you will be answering all telephone calls, meeting and greeting all guests and being the "face" of the company.   Duties will include booking meeting rooms, answering all calls, making refreshments, collecting post and any overflow admin duties. If you have booked travel and managed diaries that could be very useful. 

The role will start in mid-December and requires a temp to commit for the whole booking. Previous experience in a similar role could be very useful.  You must be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
