Temporary HR Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join an architects firm near Oxford Circus. They are in need of a temporary HR Manager to join the team as soon as possible, on and ongoing basis until the role is filled. This role has the potential to temp to perm if suitable.

You will be reporting the executives and you will be delivering a broad HR generalist remit.

You will be the primary point of contact for the leadership group and employees by providing high quality guidance, coaching and support services on HR policies and procedures across key HR areas to achieve the business objectives.

• Manage end to end process for Maternity, Paternity, Parental and Share Parental leave.
• Development and maintenance of performance management
• Manage end to end benefits administration
• Working with the Leadership group in managing the end to end recruitment process
• Manage the training budget
• Plus other duties as required
• Update the HR databases

• The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in HR
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, excellent problem solving skills and adaptable
