Account Coordinator

City of London

Up to £40k

Our client is a global Real Estate services company with headquarters in Canada. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join the team and to be based in their City offices. The Account Coordinator will provide dedicated support to the Corporate Solutions Leadership Team (LT) and assist with the smooth running of the administration function.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Have an overview of all initiatives on-going across the account.
  • Where appropriate to maintain a tracker with accountabilities and high-level milestones, supporting LT in ensuring delivery
  • Prepare and organise annual reporting calendar and account reviews, manage and ensure delivery of meeting agendas/minutes for LT
  • Work with LD to deliver a calendar of innovative ideas, market updates etc. to the Client, ensuring leverage across the whole knowledge base
  • Maintenance of account information and electronic filing systems/storage eg T drive
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication with team members, run meetings, drive agendas where appropriate
  • Support the LT with preparation of materials to communicate across the broader team the role of CS
  • Contribute to the production of client proposals where appropriate
  • Have oversight of the finance administration process including invoicing and purchase order production
  • Monitor and manage the team's inputting of financial reporting, tracking actual and projected revenue against target/budget
  • Lead delivery of team days/client presentations as required, including logistics, themes and consistency of content

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High level of organisational and project management skills
  • Strong skills in Word/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to produce slide decks and client presentations
  • Numerate and analytical with a good eye for detail
  • Able to work well in a team, with strong influencing skills
  • Good general understanding of real estate
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Some experience dealing with contracts is preferred
