PA to Founder of Fashion Label

A fabulous and highly successful fashion designer, who owns her own global label, is seeking an incredible efficient, flexible, dynamic and discreet PA to provide both business and private support for her various companies.

The ideal PA will have at least 5 years previous experience supporting a senior individual, within the fashion industry. You will also be a fluent French or Spanish speaker.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diary management
• Email correspondence
• Complex, multi-stop global travel arrangement
• Minute taking
• General admin support
• Private ad hoc duties
• Personal shopping
• Liaising with her team both here and overseas

The PA will be proactive, articulate, professional, dynamic, child-friendly (the Founder has a young son) and be flexible to work outside of office hours occasionally.
