Executive Assistant - Advertising Agency

One of the world’s leading advertising agencies is searching for a professional career Executive Assistant to support a key Senior Exec on a 1:1 basis. Amazing offices aside, you will be supporting a key Senior Director of one of their most significant accounts, and as such, your role will be pivotal to the success of the business. Day to day, your role as Executive Assistant will involve managing a busy and difficult diary, dealing with meetings both internally and externally as well as handling calls and emails where required. You should be a travel wizard – someone who is very confident with booking complex, multi-stop trips and used to managing preferences and providing full itineraries. This is a traditional EA role requiring a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and someone who will have your exec’s interests at heart at all times! You will work in partnership so should work with total discretion and confidentiality and be used to thinking 3 steps ahead at all times!

To be considered for this role, you should be an experienced EA with at least 5 years C-suite level experience, within a creative agency environment. You will be on the ball, able to think for your exec and be able to hit the ground running in this role! You will be well-suited to a dynamic and vibrant environment and will be calm under pressure. You will be a natural relationship builder, able to build trust and instil confidence. You will be a thinker as well as a doer who loves what you do!!
