Junior Team Assistant - Investment Bank

• Supporting varying levels from Associates up to Managing Directors
• Managing schedules, diaries and meetings all across time zones
• Meeting, greeting clients and handling their requests
• Managing expenses and updating the company’s database accordingly

The ideal Team Assistant will:

• Have a small amount of experience supporting a team as an Assistant
• Be an exceptional organiser and scheduler
• Have the highest attention to detail
• Be proactive enough to work alone and cooperative enough to work with a team
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain and present information clearly
• Be able to think and act quickly, with the confidence to make informed on the spot decisions
• Be able to prioritise and use their own initiative
• Be trustworthy and discreet, able to confidentiality handle sensitive documents
• Remain calm and composed under pressure
