Team Assistant

12 month FTC for a Team Assistant within Compliance and legal. Working for a renowned Global finance firm.
Supporting 2 medium sized teams (around 30 in total), this role is to provide high level admin and secretarial support including diary management, complex travel coordination, scheduling diaries and meetings, expenses, working with confidential documentation including executing legal contracts, compiling reports and more.

We are seeking someone for an immediate start subject to interviews, who can complete a minimum of 12 months.

the ideal candidate will have supported a number of people/teams within financial services and have had exposure to either Compliance or Legal teams previously.
