An exciting opportunity for an entry level Team Assistant to join a Global, Entrepreneurial Investment firm.
An exciting role, you will be supporting a team of analysts in traditional duties such as extensive diary coordination, organising international and multi-stop travel, creating detailed itineraries, arranging meeting across the globe and agendas. You will also become an integral member of the team, supporting in research, presentations, and be aware of your teams location at all times.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities, work pro-actively and constantly be forward thinking to make sure the professional's days run smoothly and efficiently. You will have a 'nothings too much trouble' attitude and enjoy working alongside ambitious and intelligent individuals - sharing ideas, thoughts and driving the team forward in their work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career, with a passion for assisting in the investment world. This is a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible and you must be happy to commit to the booking on-going.
