One of the UK's top 10 technology companies is seeking a Member Support Executive to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will provide a first-class customer service experience on all tickets issued within a targeted resolve time, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience to achieve the highest satisfaction levels. You will be highly organised with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that property details are uploaded accurately and in a timely manner, in line with client expectations
  • Continually updating property listings to ensure its in line with our ideal listing template to achieve the best possible response
  • Ensuring Salesforce is updated and providing specification for any relevant Salesforce and customer relationship management systems development work
  • Communicating with customers and Account Managers through phone, mail and web
  • Investigating, ensuring the timely resolution of and responding to complaints, escalating as appropriate
  • Managing customer expectations and reviewing accounts identified with potential problems and proactively contacting them to discuss and resolve any issues
  • Taking an active involvement with sales, technical and finance team members to enable process improvements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • The successful candidate will be familiar with all Microsoft packages including Word and Excel to intermediate level and Salesforce Dotcom
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and thrive on problem solving as well as working effectively under pressure within a busy, fast moving environment
  • Be a strong internal and external communicator
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Be numerate and have a strong attention to detail
  • Have strong communication skills and exceptional customer service skills both with internal and external customers
