Team Assistant

A leading investment financial services company is currently looking for a Float Team Assistant to join their Investment Banking division. You will be scheduling internal meetings, setting up conference calls, booking travel and ground transportation, dealing with out of policy requests, booking travel visas and expenses processing, answering calls and being a point of contact for the team.
