PA WITH MARKETING - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - ACCOUNTANCY FIRM - CITY OF LONDON

Our client is a well known, successful, accountancy firm.

Description

Our client is a well known, successful accountancy firm, looking to recruit a PA to cover a 12 month contract. The role is 1-1, to support the Marketing, Strategy and Tax Partner and assist with marketing duties.

PA duties will include:

  • Diary management on behalf of the Partner
  • Inbox management on behalf of the Partner
  • Booking UK and international travel including flights, hotels, transfers
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Audio and copy typing - preparing letters, reports, memos, emails form the digital dictation system.
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages for the Partner ensuring voice messages are dealt with appropriately
  • Updating & maintaining the Partner's mailing lists, contact database and LinkedIn
  • Booking taxis and confirming taxi invoices.
  • Liasing with clients and their Assistants.
  • Providing cover when other PAs are on leave

Marketing duties include:

  • Coordinating property tax campaigns including coordinating the targeting lists and liaising with staff members.
  • Coordinating and drafting campaign letters and emails, and ensuring that all letters and emails are sent out on a timely basis.
  • Assisting with the production of the firm's publications, brochures and leaflets using InDesign software (including coordinating with other staff members).
  • Monitoring and managing the firm's website and social media content (including coordinating with other staff members.
  • Maintaining the firm's Marketing budget, monitoring Marketing invoices and monitoring Marketing costs, drafting quarterly Marketing reports.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as a PA
  • Be able to commit to a 12 month contract.
  • Have an interest in Marketing or be happy to do the Marketing duties in the job spec.
  • Have excellent organisational, time management, and multi tasking skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Be discrete and able to deal with sensitive information.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Have good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits and bonus. Hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
