Team Assistant
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Team Assistant to join an Asset Management company based in the City of London.
The Team Assistant will be supporting one Senior Manager as well as a team of five. This is a permanent position paying between £38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
As the Team Assistant will support a global department you will be assisting team members across multiple locations and time zones.
Duties Included in this role:
*Facilitate all travel arrangements
*Extensive diary management
*Attend team meetings, when required take notes and prepare reports
*Ensure all papers for meetings are prepared
*Co-ordinate and assist with Itineraries
*Organising travel and accommodating
*Answering telephone calls and taking/relaying messages in a timely manner
Skills required for this role:
*Previous Financial services experience is preferable
*An enthusiastic team player
*Strong administrative/secretarial experience
*Prepared to work outside of normal working hours as when required
*Excellent strong communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Good time management skills
*Proficient working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, with a strong knowledge of Powerpoint.
