Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an impressive, global creative agency. With 160 in their super stylish London offices, this role will be supporting one of the Agents within the Sports Sales Department. As well as providing general administrative support, this Assistant role will involve market research and liaising with high profile clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Assistant role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

• Preparing pitch presentations
• Managing media reports
• Minute-taking at meetings
• PA support to one of the Sports Agents – assisting with diary, travel and day to day schedules
• Market research

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have a minimum of one years office experience. Experience in Sports Agency will be advantageous. My client are looking for somoene nicely confident, upbeat and proactive.  You will enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:

• Ability to work at a fast pace
• One years work experience
• Proactive nature
• ‘Hungry’ to succeed.
• Professional and friendly

Desired requirements:

• 1:1 support
• A university degree
• A strong understanding of agency work
