A fantastic temporary opportunity for an experienced Office Manager or PA to work for a rapidly growing chain of high-end, flexible office spaces. Located in contemporary, swanky offices in the City, this company is seeking an Office Manager/ Executive PA as interim cover to oversee the daily running of their Head Office. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a successful and innovative young company where the ideal candidate will have a positive and open approach to the role, embracing the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.    

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the schedules of the Leadership team (including diary and travel)
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Minute taking and briefing senior management
  • Monthly expenses
  • Managing calls, inbox and post
  • Maintaining the headquarter office space, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
  • Ad-hoc office support and admin support to Leadership team

Strong organisation and communication skills are a key requirement of this role. Working in a fun and friendly team, the ideal Office Manager/ Executive PA will be able to work effortlessly in team environments.
