LMA is currently working with a Global Financial Services company based in London to recruit a Recruitment Manager.

The Recruitment Manager will report into the Head of Recruitment and will be responsible for managing Operations ,Change and Services recruitment for the region.

The Senior Recruiter will report into the Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for managing International hires and supporting on a number of key strategic recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building a direct recruitment strategy across UK and Europe
• Managing one recruiter
• Headhunting and building market maps
• Ensure that the recruitment process is aligned to the companies values
• Making sure the recruitment process is compliant with regulatory requirements
• Working on the Employee value proposition and attraction strategy
• Championing diverse recruitment processes
