Temp Receptionist

A lovely boutique investment firm based in Mayfair is looking for a great temp receptionist to cover a maternity contract for 8 weeks possible longer starting mid-December. 

This Reception role requires a polished, friendly and helpful person who is able to work to high standards and be a great ambassador for the company. Duties include meeting and greeting all guests in the office, making refreshments, setting up meeting rooms and booking meeting rooms for busy internal meetings. You will make sure that all guests are greeting in a highly professional and friendly manner as the first point of contact for the office it is very important that you are confident interacting with guests at all levels and be warm and welcoming at all times. 

The booking is for 8 weeks initially but could  be extended, starting mid-December and interviewing ASAP.
