Who will you be working for?
You will be working for a prestigious membership organisation in the third sector. A welcoming collaborative culture and a terrific opportunity to work 5 hours a day across the working week (25 hours).
What will you be doing?
Primarily you will be involved with a broad range of finance tasks relating to membership subscriptions transferring them to the purchase ledger. You will be working with high volumes of data and need to have a logical organised approach to working with complex systems. Alongside this you will be helping with reconcilliations, month end administration and helping with budgeting process.
About you?
Strong Excel experience, minimum of intermediate level, is a must. Previous database experience is also essential together with proven ability to work with a large volume of incoming data. If you have worked with charity donations or membership fees this will be ideal. All of this together with the ability to work under deadline pressure and be able to manage own workload demands.
