Graduate Membership Executive - Prestigious Arts Related Membership Organisation

This highly prestigious membership organisation is seeking a membership executive to work within their marketing team and act as a focus point for liaising with all members and prospective members. It would suit a graduate (or equivalent) with some admin experience coupled with superb interpersonal skills. Membership experience would be great but not essential. 

Main duties

• Meeting and greeting members and acting as first point of contact for all membership enquiries 
• Being aware of and promoting the benefits of membership to prospective members
• Acting as an ambassador for the organisation at events, meetings and any other relevant opportunities 
• Processing new member applications 
• Managing a CRM database and preparing data for mailings
• Updating the website
• Ad hoc admin support 

The successful candidate will have

• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with CRM databases
• Excellent customer service and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• An interest in the arts/ charities
