A fantastic opportunity for a Float Executive Assistant is now available!! My client, a highly reputable, global investment bank is looking for a Swedish speaking, highly organised and proactive Float Executive Assistant to join a buzzy, upbeat corporate office environment. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an international company that prides itself on its collaborative and hardworking environment.

As Float Executive Assistant you will be responsible for assisting where cover is required. This is an incredibly engaging, dynamic role that would suit someone that enjoys a varied role and working with a range of senior individuals and Partners. This role often turns into a role supporting one set team however will be Float for a period of time.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide high quality email and diary management
* Function coordination
* Accurate booking of travel arrangements
* Type and produce reports, presentations and spreadsheets
* Manage and process expenses claims
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Ensuring accurate organisation charts are prepared and uploaded on a monthly
basis
* Holiday and sickness coverage for other assistants within the department
* Ad hoc projects and tasks
