An incredibly successful Global company based in the City of London is searching for an EA to support a well respected board member on a 1:1 basis. This is a really impressive company to work for who prides themselves on its focus, dynamic people and positive work ethic.

We are looking for a self-starter for this position - someone who will go in, hit the ground running, and use their excellent secretarial skills to the best of their ability. To be considered you will need to be proactive, hardworking and keen to impress!

Duties will include:
*To be the Executive Assistant (EA) at C-Suite level, performing general EA support as required.
*Liaison with the leadership team to co-ordinate the PMO activity across all projects and initiatives.
*Schedules meetings, teleconferences and video conferences (internally and externally, domestically and internationally).
*This role will have a lot of exposure to highly sensitive and confidential information and it is vital that the EA acts with absolute discretion and tact with the information exposed.
*To have the flexibility to react quickly to changing situations and the skills and personality to interact with all management levels, across all functions of the business.
*To have outstanding interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and cultural sensitivity.
*Have an organisational talent for managing multiple priorities in a proactive, resilient and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
*To anticipate needs in an energetic manner.
*Support the wider Operations team as needed.

Essential key skills:
*Proven and demonstrated experience as an EA within a dynamic fast paced environment.
*A high degree of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise workload.
*Be absolutely discreet and trustworthy with confidential information, with the strictest respect for confidentiality over any information exposed
*A highly proactive approach, the perception to instigate improvements and initiative to follow through
*A high level of commitment, punctuality and a willingness to adapt working hours to the demands of the workload.
*Fully conversant with Microsoft office and the in-house packages and procedures.
*Proficient PowerPoint skills
*Experience raising Purchase orders. Comfortable working with budgeting and phasing of purchase orders.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
*Working knowledge of SAP.
*Project management skills
