A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Receptionist within a global investment company based in the West End!
My client is looking for a switched on, intuitive, motivated and personable individual. This role requires a good all rounder, experienced Career Receptionist who can really multi task and accept any challenge.
You will be responsible for looking after the Reception area, welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments. This company prides themselves on their outstanding customer service skills so you must be able to maintain these standards.
This is an all-encompassing role that requires someone to commit to any task with a positive attitude no matter how big or small the task is. In order to be successful for this role, you will have previous experience providing outstanding customer service! A proven ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills when interacting with people at all levels is key!
The support team you will be joining are highly motivated, personable and extremely welcoming.
As a Receptionist, you must be able to display consistency in your work, have strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task. This is a very varied role, the ability to apply yourself to a range of tasks is vital.
