EA within Research- Investment Banking- Docklands - £19 -£21ph

We are seeking a polished, confident, proactive EA to join a large Investment Bank within there Research Team. You will be assisting large teams within the European Equity Research Department. The Research Assistant will be working in a very fast paced, demanding environment so you will need to be able to prioritise your workload accordingly. We are looking for the right Research Assistant to come in and hit the ground running

The ideal candidate will have experience of:
*Maintaining variable calendar arrangements and schedules for members of the team
*Coordinating complex travel arrangements
*Diary Management
*Dealing with expenses using the Concur expense system
*Acting as a first point of contact
*Organizing client events and entertainment
*Telephone answering including managing call data
*Providing assistance with teams' Research products using advanced Microsoft Office applications
*Assistance with marketing schedules, roadshows
*Adhoc duties

The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as in a large team.
