Private PA to UHNWI's - Contract

Private EA
up to £60k depending on experience
12-month Contract

I am recruiting for an experienced Private EA to support 2 HNWI's and their family as well as manage the household and staff. You will be resourceful, flexible and reliable. The role requires someone who has had previous experience looking after and managing a household and has managed staff. You will understand that being a Private EA requires flexibility and to be incredibly organised and resourceful and happy to turn your hand to any task.

You must have a min of 5 years of previous experience supporting HNWI's and be flexible and able to travel with them on occasion.

Examples of Personal Include:

• Property management of Notting Hill townhouse
• Arranging/overseeing property maintenance
• Arranging home supplies (food/housekeeping stock)
• Personal travel and holidays including Visa's, ESTA etc.
• Lifestyle concierge (e. booking restaurants, personal appointments, health & beauty, sourcing products, sourcing new suppliers, sourcing gifts, booking tickets, arranging fashion purchases)
• Personal Shopping, Internet Shopping including returns
• Research
• Offer extra support with children when required
• Car maintenance/sale/purchase/registration transfer/parking permits
• Ad hoc support to extended family
• Potential Ad hoc Travel

Person Specification

• Be a self-starter with great communication skills, both oral and written
• Trustworthy, polite, reliable & genuine
• Act with complete discretion at all times
• Be PC Literate & fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must know how to use/basic set up for smartphones, Be a problem solver
• Standard office hours are 9am to 5 however some flexibility will be required
