TEMP EA to Executives - MEDIA

Very exciting TEMP role for an EA to join an International Consumer agency in central London! The successful person will support the Executive floor , working extremely closely to four senior executives to ensure that the day-to-day running of their professional life is effective, efficient and as simple as possible.

Duties Include (But are not limited to):

• Complex diary management
• Organising travel and accommodation
• To effectively diarise all required internal and external meetings/calls
• PowerPoint presentations as and when required.
• Prepare documentation for board meetings.

The role will suit a self-starter who is proactive at spotting opportunities for improvement and passionate about making a difference.  You will have proven experience as a PA, preferably in a creative or fast paced environment. You will be positive and friendly with a can-do approach and the ability to manage own workload effectively and assess priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.  The role is an initial TEMP vacancy with the potential of going permanent for the right person.
