Recruitment Coordinator

I'm working with one of the best Digital Agencies in Central London who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join there team for a 6month FTC.

You will be in a key position within this fast moving team, a standard day for you will look like:

• Scheduling interviews
• Screening CV's - tele-vetting potential candidates
• Managing all freelancers - onboarding, hiring, scheduling assignments
• Working closely with external recruiters on any live briefs
• Liaising with HR - managing contracts, RTW, Payroll
• Updating Recruitment/HR database
• Writing adverts to attract the best possible talent

For you to be this successful Recruitment Coordinator you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of the advertising industry
• Be super approachable
• Experienced working independently as well as part of a team
• Able to handle multiple projects - be unflappable
