PA role for a very prestigious and fast paced finance company based in the West End. They are an impressive firm with a brilliant client portfolio.
They are looking for someone who is resilient with an excellent attention to detail and level of customer service. The role is to work closely with the EA to the Co-Founder of the company - working across both business and personal support. You will learn from the current EA and eventually move into your own EA role supporting at senior level.
Diary management, travel coordination across international time zones, setting up meetings, personal support across holiday and family support. No two days will be the same and we are looking for someone who truly understands the expectations of a top level executive and can respond to requests quickly and accurately.
The ideal candidate is someone with a hardworking and ambitious attitude. You may be coming from a customer or yacht focused background and are keen to progress a career as a PA.
The working hours are 9am - 6pm and salary is up to £40k along with excellent package including free breakfast and lunch every Thursday.
